God is not a santa-clause / father Christmas

GOD IS NOT A SANTA-CLAUSE / FATHER CHRISTMAS
Father Christmas is simply an occasional father who gives gifts to children. Many of us in the church do not understand that God works by principles. For instance, Jesus was busy doing his own thing with his disciples in John 8 : 3 - 11: when suddenly,  a crowd approached him with a woman saying, "this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act". Jesus did not go further asking anymore questions. The offence the woman was arrested for involved two parties.  How come just a person was brought and the other left out?  Jesus attended to the matter the way it came." Let the very person that has no sin , first of all cast a stone on the sinner". Jesus proved to them that a sinner cannot judge a sinner.  This has been an issue in the church.
      Everyone comes to church (place of prayer) with all manners of demand expecting God to answer all at a time forgetting that there are conditions to be met.  He turned and found out that all the people accusing her had left. He said to her,  has anyone condemned you? Neither do I;  go and sin no more!  She left with the condition given her by Jesus.  She was conditionally released that day and grace followed her with an instruction, " never to sin again". If that woman kept to Jesus' instructions; no one has the right to condemn her, but if she did not,  those people that caught her will not bring her to him again but will quickly condemn her by stoning to death. You must be within the covering of the LORD for you to enjoy the liberty of covering.
       The children of Israel went to battle with the Philistines. The Philistines located a place called strong hold and the children of Israel stood beside Ebenezer simply means " where the LORD has helped us".They left Ebenezer and stood beside it: and they lost the battle that day.  Many of us are in the church; yet we are not involved in the activities of God because we go there ceremoniously.  Let no one be deceived for the LORD knows His own. If you meet up the principle that covers protection in God's presence: whatever wants to touch you cannot - this is the principle of life. For instance, the bible talks about paying of tithe;  if you do,  you will enjoy its benefits. If not,  you cannot enjoy the benefits because you do not abide by its principle.  This principle is also applicable in the place of prayer.  Before you go to God in prayer,  you must understand and know why you are going to Him. You also present your matter the way it should be ' by supplication and thanksgiving,  make your request known to God' . Not  by murmuring and complaining. When you meet up your demand in the place of prayer,  God answers. Remember that one of our previous text talks about no particular time for God to answer prayers but continue till you get the answer. Remember that you must have a relationship with God. For we know that it's the person you relate to that you can communicate with from time to time. Remember that God is closer to you than the air we breathe.
ACTION POINTS:
1 ) LORD give me the grace to know you and understand  your principles.
2 ) LORD Jesus,  please give me understanding to your word to enable me live and pray as I should.
3 ) LORD please give me the grace to hunger and thirst for you, for you are the answer to everything.
4 ) LORD I acknowledge now that I am nothing without you.
5 ) Oh LORD take me to the place you have prepared for me in Jesus' name.
