MAY THE LORD NOT WEEP OVER ME. "And when he was come near, he beheld the city and wept over it."Luke19 : 41 This scripture has been interpreted in a different way which I have no problem with.But now I want us to look at it from our individual lives. This is a glorious land. A beautiful place to behold. A land that everyone desires to see because the LORD's glory is in it. Just like the way our churches are built today; beautiful with full air conditioning, fine sound systems etc.., and we go about boasting to people how beautiful our church is. Yet the LORD is weeping over it. Let us be careful the way we live. That on that very day the LORD will not.weep over us. We can look very beautiful in appearance; everyone that looks at you admires you but God is weeping over you by day and night. We need to re-examine ourselves day unto day that we may live a life worthy of emulation. The Lord demonstrated how proud he was about Job in his attitude and conduct when in trouble, the same goes for Jesus Christ of Nazareth and a voice came from heaven saying behold,this is my beloved son in whom am well pleased ACTION POINTS. 1) LORD give me the grace to live a life worthy of emulation that would make men proud of me. 2) LORD, give me the grace to be lost in your will that your name will be glorified in me day unto day. 3) LORD Jesus, give me the grace to build a tabernacle, a place that is worthy of worship that your name will be written on and you will be proud of in Jesus' name. 4) Give me the grace oh Lord to marry a wife or husband that you will be proud of. 5) LORD let my children have a Godly seed that you will be proud of. 6) Let everything that I will lay my hands upon be things that you will be proud of. 7) LORD Jesus, let me live in you and not out of you that the heaven and the earth will be proud of me. 8) LORD Jesus, give me the grace to make you proud here on earth that your name will be glorified in Jesus' name.
